Saftiger Schoko Rhabarberkuchen


Dieser Rhabarber-Schoko-Kuchen passt perfekt zur Kaffeepause am Nachmittag!

750 g Rhabarber

160 g Mehl

½ Pkg. Backpulver

30 g Kakaopulver

2 EL Maizena

4 Eier

200 g Natusweet Kristalle 1:1 Süße

150 g Bitterschokolade

100 g Butter {geschmolzen}

100 ml Milch

  Zubereitung

Den Rhabarber waschen und putzen. Die Länge der Rhabarber-Stangen an die Länge der Backform anpassen. Das Mehl mit Backpulver, Kakaopulver und Maizena vermischen. Die Eier und Natusweet Kristalle 1:1 schaumig rühren. Die Schokolade über einem Wasserbad zum Schmelzen bringen und mit Butter und Milch verrühren. Mehl und Schokoladenmischung unter die Eiermasse rühren.

Den Teig in der vorgefetteten und bemehlten Backform {20×30 cm} verteilen und mit Rhabarber-Standen belegen. Kuchen im vorgeheiztem Backofen bei 170°C für 40 Minuten backen {Nadelprobe machen}.
